This book is based on a true life story and is about a young man who lives in Seattle, Washington all of his life. He goes through a lot of trials and tribulations with his family and within his own life. He has a mom that is on all kinds of different drugs and she goes to jail for 2 years and then his dad has another baby with this girl he found. Then my mom leaves him because of the girl’s background. His mom finds the strength and stays clean and sober. He loses his auntie Cassandra. 4 years after that his grandmother dies from cancer and the family goes through a whole bunch of blaming people on how it happened and the family gets disconnected like leaves on a tree in the middle of fall. While he is transitioning back and forth between his mom and dads house he has to try to keep sane and hope that the family will become a close knit family again.

He shoots 5 people and hides from the law. Worst ending ever.
it was really a story that I could relate to so much!!!!!!
This young student rambled on about his life. He needed help editing his book, and his life. There was no future tense in his narrative, just grim details of a young man brought up in a dead end life. I was waiting for a success story, but it is not within these pages. I hope that Alrick Hollingsworth can pull off success for himself despite his background. Thank you for telling your story as is was. Good luck!
